Schedule:

• Doors open at 6:00 pm Saturday, November 16.
• Bidding for online auction begins at 5:00 pm and closes at 9:00 pm. See below for more details about the auction.
• Performance schedule/Playbill will be posted in the Lobby via QR code.
• Performances in the Mary Gill Theatre start at 7:00 pm and conclude at 9:00 pm. Note this is the only time all school year that you can see ALL the ensembles perform on the same night.
• "Living Statues" in the Commons and other live performances in the Lobby throughout the evening.
• Complimentary hors d'oeuvres, desserts, and drinks provided in the Commons area throughout the evening as well.
• When the auction ends, pick up your winnings in the Lobby. Thank you for supporting all the performing arts at Chaparral!

Auction:

• Online auction opens for viewing Wednesday, November 13. 
• Bid via the 32auctions website at https://www.32auctions.com/chap_patrons_2024 
• Pay online with credit/debit card or in-person with cash or check. If you do pay online with a credit card, consider paying for the credit card processing fees so Chaparral keeps all the proceeds for this important fundraiser.
• Be sure to set up your 32auctions account ahead of time to make bidding go as smoothly as possible.
• Bidding starts at 5:00 pm Saturday, November 16 and closes at 9:00 pm that evening. 
• View auction items in-person in the Commons throughout the evening of the Gala. 
• Collect your winnings in the Lobby after the auction closes. 
• See below for some featured auction items like a pair of tickets to Harry Potter & the Cursed Child in NYC and a 4-night stay in Vail.

Other Important Details:

• Admission is $5 per person, payable with cash, check, or credit/debit card.
• VIP seating at $20 per seat is available by contacting vicepres.patrons@gmail.com
• Bring cash to make the Living Statues move! All donations go to supporting the performing arts at Chaparral.
• Dress ranges from casual to cocktail attire. We encourage you to come dressed up for a night on the town!
