Upcoming meetings

Patrons meetings typically take place once a month from 6:30pm to 7:30pm in the Theatre Classroom/Green Room.  (Down the hall to the left of the theater.)

Current donors (potential new donors!) and CHS performing arts students are welcome to attend. Agendas are set monthly by the president. 

A typical meeting consists of the following:

• Meet and Greet
• Officer Updates of Ongoing Business
• New Business Including Funding Requests from the Performing Arts Directors
• Fundraising Campaign Updates/Decisions
