Meetings

Patrons meetings typically take place the second Monday of each month from 6:30pm to 7:30pm in the Theatre classroom/Green Room. Current donors and CHS performing arts students are welcome to attend. Agendas are set monthly by the president. 

A typical meeting consists of the following

• Meet and greet other patrons
• Officer updates
• Funding requests from the performing arts directors
• Current fundraising campaign updates/decisions
